I got myself some new shoes this week. I’m trying out the Nike Free Run+ 2. It is a minimalist shoes, so I have to slowly implement it into my runs. I’m currently signed up for two races in the fall - Shuck n’ Run 5k & Gladiator Rock n Run. Both are 5ks, but the Gladiator will have obstacles.
