A Sunday Bike Ride
Rode my bike for 37.5 miles in 3hrs 2 mins. It was quite chilly today since it has been overcast most of the day. I brought an extra layer, but that wasn’t quite enough. I originally wanted to ride my bike to a park, but I think I was about 2 -3 miles away from getting there. Next time.

I signed up to do the 30k of the Defiance 50K. The course is 3 loops to do the 50K, so I’ll only be doing 2 loops. Even though my race is called a 30k (18.6 miles), I read the course description and it said the loop is 10.3 miles long, so I need to get myself ready for a 20.6 mile race. An extra two miles… eh, it’s doable.
10.27 mi run in 1:48:54 in the late morning. Feels good.
